Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bdbaji", "we", "us", "our" refers to the bdbaji platform operating at bdbaji.vu and all associated services provided thereunder.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bdbaji platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered player profile created on the bdbaji platform, identified by a unique username and secured by a password.
• "Platform" refers to the bdbaji website at bdbaji.vu, including all pages, sections, applications, features, and services accessible through that domain.
• "Services" refers collectively to online casino games, live dealer games, sports betting, jackpot games, slots, and all other gaming and betting products available on the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any monetary balance held in a Player's bdbaji account wallet, whether deposited or won through gameplay.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback offer, or other incentive granted to a Player by bdbaji subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which bdbaji accounts are denominated.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all date and time references on the Platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on bdbaji, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services offered, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with bdbaji's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all uses of the Platform, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. bdbaji does not require a separate app download; accessing the Platform via any web browser constitutes use of the Services and acceptance of these Terms.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the bdbaji Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 18 years or older. bdbaji enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Persons under 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering an account or using any of the Services.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bdbaji or had your account permanently closed for misconduct.

bdbaji reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bdbaji may result in suspension or closure of the account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full range of bdbaji Services, you must register a player account. Each individual may hold only one account on the bdbaji Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

bdbaji reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.
• Registration information must match the identity documents provided during verification.
• You must use your own payment methods — using accounts or wallets registered to other persons is not permitted.
• Business entities, corporations, and organisations may not register accounts on bdbaji.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bdbaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not disclose your login credentials to any other person under any circumstances.

bdbaji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bdbaji that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify bdbaji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. bdbaji will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or have shared them with a third party.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bdbaji supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdbaji does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion fees incurred by the player are the sole responsibility of the player.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a player's bdbaji wallet within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank's processing times. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. bdbaji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by bdbaji within one to two business hours during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in your own name that match the identity documents on file with bdbaji. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly where the cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds defined thresholds.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where operationally not possible.
• bdbaji reserves the right to request supporting documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money-laundering procedures.
• Funds that are the subject of an active bonus wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• bdbaji does not accept or process transactions involving cryptocurrency of any kind.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdbaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and match-day offers tied to major cricket tournaments such as the BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional page, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bdbaji bonuses:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly before a bonus is accepted.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players only. Players who have not completed account verification are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus funds.
• One bonus at a time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time.

bdbaji reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus terms, including but not limited to collusive play, arbitrage betting, or systematic low-risk wagering intended solely to clear wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account closure.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the bdbaji Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections before confirming a wager. bdbaji will not reverse or amend a placed bet on the grounds that the player selected the wrong option, misread the odds, or changed their mind after confirmation.

Sports Betting: Odds displayed on the bdbaji sports betting section are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at which a bet is accepted are the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of live data feed latency. bdbaji reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by irregular activity, match-fixing, or technical failure of the data provider.

Casino & Live Casino Games: All bdbaji casino games, including slots, live dealer tables, and jackpot games, use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbaji Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, forfeiture of all account funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using false identity information or another person's identity documents during registration or verification.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game for financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error are void and must be returned.

Responsible Gaming

bdbaji is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard and take effect immediately upon activation:

Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdbaji makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any of its Services.

Privacy & Data

bdbaji collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and the delivery of Services. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the bdbaji Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

By registering an account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by bdbaji, subject to any legal retention obligations that bdbaji must comply with. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with customer support within a reasonable timeframe, either party may escalate the matter through formal dispute resolution procedures. bdbaji will provide written acknowledgement of all formal complaints received at [email protected] within five business days and will aim to provide a substantive response within 21 calendar days.

bdbaji's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bet settlement, and bonus eligibility shall be final, binding, and not subject to further appeal, except in cases of demonstrable technical error on bdbaji's part.
